Twyst

Welcome to HK jie! 1 Month anniversary!! :D
Jie!
So...we went on a random walk to find our dinner...and we found Twyst!
Lovely bread basket...nice and warm :)
Amouse Bouche- Salmon and Avocado over bread :)
How it works: It's a set dinner where you can pick either a 3-course meal off of their menu at HK$418 per guest or a 4-course meal at HK$458! So...here we go!
Jie's appetizer choice-Mini Seafood Platter
Enjoying the bruschetta...the tomato mix was great and refreshing!
Bruschetta....mmmmmm :)
Me: Crab Meat au Gratin (supplementary HK$60) Very small and too cheesy!
Jie and I both ordered the Lobster Bisque with Cognac Cappuccino DELICIOUS, rich, strong and creamy!

Me: Baked Chilean Seabass with Parmesan and Poppy Seed served with Asparagus Risotto :) Pretty good
Jie: twyst Traditional Roasted Chicken (BUT...this is what i wish i got!)
Jie and I were stuffed by the end of the meal, except we got a little surprise! Free dessert from a special admirer!!! :) How cool is that! Thanks ;)
Nice dessert surprise!
Welcome to HK jie! :)

YUMMY, we were really lucky to have walked in but next time make sure to make a reservation! So, readers...any other recommendations for dinner around this area? :)
